I can not believe my luck in finding this. The horrible chewables were more than anyone could take. Although I don’t have any medical results, I am confident based on previous reviews that this is a great find. The gauze like patch is light and soft and once applied I completely forget about it. Leaves no sticky residue and only in 1 spot did it ever leave a little red mark that was not sore or itchy – just a little red. LOVE THIS!!!!

I love these vitamin/supplement patches! I use the vitamins with calcium and the multi vitamin patches. I had lap band surgery in 2008 and was very vit d deficient just to start with. I had to take 50,000 iu a week, not only did it irritate my stomach but I couldn’t swallow large vitamins anymore because of my lap band. I have RNY surgery in 2010 & have struggled to with taking all of my needed vitamins. The chewable vitamins are chalky or gritty. The swallowable ones feel like I’ve got a rock sitting in my stomach. I can’t tell you the number of bottles I have sitting in my bathroom closet! I refused to take them. A coworker told me about PatchMD vitamins. So, I purchased the Iron, B12, Multi-Vitamin & Calcium patches. I’ve only been using them a week. They are kind of hard to peel off the piece of plastic, but once you get the hang of it – it’s easy. I can’t remember if the are latex-free – sorry! Just rub your thumb across the side of the patch. Apply the patch to your upper arm or hip – where there is no hair. You wear it for 8 hours. You can wear the Iron & Calcium patches at the same time. I wear 2 patches on each shoulder – Iron & B12 on the left and Calcium & Multi-Vitamin on the right. Like I said, I’ve only been wearing the patches 1 week – so I don’t know my lab #s.

I wanted to review these patches that I purchased here. I ordered a multivitamin and calcium with vitamin D as well. They are the best thing since sliced bread! No more giant chunky pills to chew or swallow. No nasty taste. I get out of the shower, dry off and place my multivitamin patch on first. I wait a couple of hours then place my calcium patch on. No worries, no muss no fuss. It was a challenge to remove it the first time because I put I’o under my upper arm. The skin is very sensitive there. Now I put them on my shoulders and they absorb just fine. I will be getting them monthly, and to top it all off, they are less expensive, at least for me than the pills I was buying. I would definitely say get them if you’re a busy person like myself or if you don’t like to swallow giant pills. I also like the fact that they deliver them monthly, you don’t have to remember to go out and shop for them.

I absolutely love these patches as a VGS patient. Anytime I can cut down on the amount of pills I need to swallow I jump at the chance. These eliminated 3-6 pills i needed to swallow everyday. I’ve been using the patches for almost a month and recently had blood work and my vitamin levels look like these are doing the job! I was so happy to hear that these worked like they should because they’re so convenient they almost seemed too good to be true. If my levels were down I was going to just start using two patches per day and see how that worked. These adhere well and stay put until removed and when you remove them they come off easy. They don’t leave any residue, adhesive marks or skin irritation. (If you have a hard time getting these to adhere as one user’s review stated; you should clean the area where you want to apply the patch with alcohol before applying. This will assure your skin isn’t oily or there isn’t any lotion, etc. that would cause the patch to not adhere properly) It’s amazing that these work so well and are so much more cost effective than other specialty barbaric vitamins. Again, I’ve only been using these for less than a month but my last blood work doesn’t show a change in my vitamin levels so it seems like they’re just as effective as the more costly pills and chewables that can be just awful. I’m sorry I didn’t find these sooner, they would have saved me hundreds of dollars in vitamins I just couldn’t stomach. This is an amazing product that I highly recommend to everyone who will listen.
