I was looking forward to these, as I am post-gastrointestinal surgery. It’s nearly impossible to take many vitamins and not feel uncomfortable.When I received my box, I pulled out the first sheet, read the directions and tried to remove the patch. Sadly, the patch wouldn’t release from the wax sheet. Each corner produced the same results.Maybe they were old? Warm? Cold? I ended up having to trash about ten patches from the package. When they did come off, I placed them (as instructed) on my cleaned and dry skin) and when I got dressed they rolled up, making them almost impossible to re-attach.

These have helped my focus a lot better on homework and in class. My note taking has definitely improved. I would describe the effects of these patches as calm while retaining focus. They didn’t improve my focus, but on the other hand, most patches for anxiety tend to dull my focus. I would recommend them for anxiety, not for focus, but keep in mind that they have a very mild effect.

I am a multi-COMT snp full mutation, multi-MAO snp partial mutation person who has a known Worrier gene, which means I produce way too much dopamine.
