I bought this for help with overwhelm and focus, and wow—what a difference! I’m more present and confident in conversations. It doesn’t make me feel drugged or sleepy—just grounded and sharp. Highly recommend!

As I've gotten older my focus tends to wander and caffeine isn't fixing it anymore. These patches are great! I only use them 2-3 times a week because I like they way I notice that they work when not used constantly but there isn't anything I've personally noticed that would cause issues if you worn often. They help me maintain my alertness around that time of the work day when get tired and distracted and I use them any time I've had a late night and early morning. Really amazing product The adhesive it stickier than the multi-vitamin patches but I've not had any issues or reactions. Definitely a must if you are hitting your middle-aged years and trying to do too much.

I was having issues with supplements taken by mouth and found these in patch form. They are my new favorite thing. The multivitamin are my mainstay for overnight use while I try to branch out and try other options for days. Seriously the best multivitamin I've used. The adhesive on the multivitamin patches leave less residue than many of the others and I've never had any reaction to them and I wear them daily.
