I had Gastric Bypass 2 months ago. This is my go to vitamin source. I am Horrible about remembering to take vitamins, plus being a Batiatric patient, you don’t absorb vitals like you use to. This will solve that problem. Also, I get nauseated when taking vitamins. This also solves that problem. I recently had blood work done and I am right where I need to be with my vitamins. This is not a good supplement for zinc, B12, or Calcium.

I bought this for depression [Bipolar] and didn't realize that I was to take it at night. So for the last two nights I've used it instead of Sleep Starter (which I find sometimes leaves me groggy in the morning). I have been so happy to wake fully rested after using Tri-Mag. I will wait to see if I feel any changes to my depression. I also have gastroparesis and try to avoid taking needed oral supplements (which blood work shows I am low) because they are hard on my digestive system and I don't know if I'm absorbing them

I have low iron and for the last 2 months I have been consistent with using this patch. My fertin numbers have jumped - I am pleased to report. I think the key is to be consistent. I have gastroparesis and taking oral iron could have further affected my delicate digestion. I highly recommend this product too

I ran out and wife forgot to re-order with her other patches in time.... I found out the hard way that I don't sleep much without them!
