Very easy to use and they stay on really well.

I could tell it worked some what. Maybe 2 patches would be better.

I have severe digestive issues due to chemo, and extreme anemia due to chemo. So this isn't the normal person's reaction to an iron patch. I can't take the iron tablets, they rip my digestion to heck. I've been hospitalized for anemia. The doctors said to eat red meat twice a day. I thought maybe these patches would work so I wouldn't have to do the red meat thing. But even cut into Thirds (each patch), I get Severe diarrhea. As I say, this is probably not a reaction that most people might get but IF you are going through chemo or if your digestive system, as mine was, has been decimated by chemo DO NOT BUY. They stick on well & do elevate my iron content but not worth the issues.
