I really like the easiest way to get in my vitamins without chewing or swallowing a pill.Just clean your area dry and apply. It’s that easy.And they do work I’ve used many different kinds after having my bariatric surgery and these give me the correct amount of vitamins for me. I had Gastric Bypass 2 months ago. This is my go to vitamin source. I am Horrible about remembering to take vitamins, plus being a Batiatric patient, you don’t absorb vitals like you use to. This will solve that problem. Also, I get nauseated when taking vitamins. This also solves that problem. I recently had blood work done and I am right where I need to be with my vitamins. This is not a good supplement for zinc, B12, or Calcium.

I’ve been using these for about two weeks, and while there is maybe some improvement in how I feel, I won’t be buying these patches again as they are difficult to remove form the backing paper and they don’t always STAY stuck on (to clean, dry skin: the edges pull up and get caught on fabric etc).

I noticed people complaining about not being able to use them b/c they couldn’t get them off of the paper. I found them super easy to use, and I think people are expecting them to be thicker than they are. You just peel the thin little square from 1 edge and it comes right off of it’s smooth backing. Then you put it on your arm, or thigh, wherever you choose to place it each time. I use them at night and wake up w/them still there, needing to be removed after 8hrs.
