Patches are fine. Only problem is - patches deliver only 100 mg per patch. Far toooo low. Recommended dosage daily is 400 mg for women. Need stronger dosage per patch. Bettye E. Harmon

I love the convenience of these and not having to take a pill, but the actual amount of iron in each patch isn't very high (only 83%). For that amount then I prefer to take an actual pill with a higher percentage. But if you don't NEED the extra iron (anemia or menstrual needs) then this is a really nice option for getting more iron!

I was afraid because some other reviews said they didn’t stay on the skin, but they have never come off for me.They’re working great and I think they’re working. I started feeling more energized in the mornings after two or three days and after about a week I feel pretty good and I’m getting things done on a consistent basis.I’ll get them again!

It is very convenient. I do not absorb most pills correctly according to blood work a few months back. I seem to feel a little better after wearing these, but the adhesive on some are better than others. I will know more after my blood work is done again in 3 weeks. I am hopeful.

I first tried these after getting them at my doctor's office and saw an immediate improvement. So, I purchased more on here as they were cheaper. The pack I received is working the same as the other ones. They stick well to my skin and supply my body with the necessary nutrients. They have made a difference in my daily energy levels. Thankful for this product!

Weird options for me to rate - the point of this product is you DON'T have to swallow. Oral iron gives a lot of people upset stomachs and this avoids that issue. Just throw on a patch. My bloodwork showed my iron was low so I switched to these patches and retested 6 weeks later. The patches did the job and my blood tested normal. Now I use other patches for my supplements.
