This doesn’t work as well as injectable Glutathione or even as well as oral glutathione but I do think some gets metabolized based on my experience of slightly detoxifying.

Love how easy these are to use. Before bed I stick one on and when I wake up I remove it. Only complaint is they aren’t very sticky so if you use them during the day time. Good chance it’s going to lift/buckle up.

My husband and I both use these sleep patches. Just one per night has helped us both. The material is comfortable, and the adhesive doesn't bother my skin. These aren't waterproof, but that hasn't been an issue for us, since we put the patch on right before bed.We've tried several brands, but these are our favorite so far.

I fell like it helped some

I have been anemic of and on my whole life. Someone recommended these to me so I bought them. Had blood work done right before starting patches so I was anemic but barley. I have been using the patches every other day and on the day I don’t use the patch I take my iron pill prescription. I decided to do every other day instead of fully committing to only using the patch due to being anemic I didn’t want to risk my number really going down In case they didn’t work. I have an upcoming appointment to have my blood recheck and I will come back and update review based on my numbers to see if the patches are worth it. If my numbers have increased I will commit to only doing the patches for one month and a recheck to see if alone the patches work. So far so good. They stick really good.
