This patch is amazing! Not swallowing vitamins or chewing chalky ones.. just apply the patch and good to go.. have had my labs checked for the past two years and have not been vitamin deficient. Great product.

I had weight loss surgery, and unable to take large pills or vitamins. I love these they stay in place. Easily applied, and they can be hidden under your clothes.

This product did absolutely nothing to help with focus. But- I’ve noticed every day that I tried one of these patches, I did not do my usual waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep! So that might be helpful to someone.
