I bought this for depression [Bipolar] and didn’t realize that I was to take it at night. So for the last two nights I’ve used it instead of Sleep Starter (which I find sometimes leaves me groggy in the morning). I have been so happy to wake fully rested after using Tri-Mag. I will wait to see if I feel any changes to my depression. I also have gastroparesis and try to avoid taking needed oral supplements (which blood work shows I am low) because they are hard on my digestive system and I don’t know if I’m absorbing them
