Directions
Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., shoulder, back or hip. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchMD patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit wearing the patch longer than 8 hours. Patches can be worn during sleep. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Patch is not waterproof. It is ok to wear multiple patches at a time.

I love the patches. I haven’t had my first blood work done yet (MGP in Early Jan) but will report back. My only tiny complaint is the patches should have stronger adhesive as they have come off. when you put them under clothing sometimes the movement will rub them off. I press hard on them and they generally stay but not always and it’s a bit of an irritation. Otherwise great product!

I honestly, didn’t know that vitamin patches were a thing! My body doesn’t absorb vitamins through food for some reason. So finding this was great! I love the ease of use and the fact that i don’t really have to remember to take a pill, i can just slap the patch on once a day (thanks to a reminder from my phone!) I bought these a few weeks ago because my Calcium level was starting to drop because I would forget to take my calcium chew supplement three times a day. I bought these due to the ease of placing a patch on and forgetting about it until it’s time to change again. Love the small patch size and they stick very well. I have not had a patch that has come off. I usually rotate and place on the back of my arms. I still supplement with 1 calcium chew in addition to this patch. I plan to have my doctor check my levels after a months time and hopefully report back here and update my review.
