Directions
Simply apply the Multi Plus patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., shoulder, back or hip. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchMD Multi Plus patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit wearing the patch longer than 8 hours. Patches can be worn during sleep. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Patch is not waterproof. It is ok to wear multiple patches at a time.

I’m always forgetting to take my vitamins and I hate the huge bariatric horse pills. These are easy. Just stick them on and go. I do have to take extra b12 and d3. But that is just me.

I started using these a couple of years ago- an early adopter of the Patch. Prior to use, I was always anemic and low in a few areas on my labs. Within 6 weeks everything went into the normal range. Doc originally wanted me to take a multi with iron twice per day, and that never worked for the iron. When I use the Patch I use one per day, but forget at least twice a week- labs are still awesome! I just had my labs again come back stellar so this product I can now saw for sure keeps me in the normal ranges, even for iron! The only downside is that over the last couple of years I did have 2 packs of them where the adhesive was awful and they did not adhere. That is normally not the case tough. I can’t recommend these enough!
