Very few things in life make me want to write a review. When I say these patches HAVE SAVED MY LIFE I mean it literally ! I had a failed gastric sleeve and could not absorb any vitamins properly. I was deathly ill and patches along with premier protein shakes have save me. I use the Multivitamin, B12 and the D3/Calcium. Today I am ordering the Biotin ones for me and the Iron Plus for my daughter.

I was skeptical when I first started seeing vitamin patches. However, for the price I decided to give this one a try to help with my low B12.The first day I put it on in the morning, and totally forgot about it soon after. At the end of the day I had gotten so much accomplished and had tons of energy, but didn’t realize why until I took off my sweater and saw the patch on my arm.I have now used it for 20 straight days and I am going to order again so I will have more before I run out.I highly recommend this for anyone that would like consistently more energy ALL day.

I bought these when my doctor told me I needed to take B-12 everyday because I am deficit. About 6 years ago I had weight loss surgery and knew I would always need to take vitamins from then on out, but they didn’t explain how finicky my stomach would be when it comes to taking oral medicine. Every vitamin I took would come back up.So far these patches are awesome! I have very sensitive skin, and react to almost everything. I’ve worn these for 3 days for 8 hours while working, under long sleeves and no reactions.Will update when I get blood work done again with their ability to make results go up. Levels are currently 249.Also, taking B-12 well only give you additional energy if you’re deficit. Don’t expect to run a marathon the moment you put this on.

Love the patches I use the b12 and multi vitamin patch. I had sleeve surgery and since then I can not tolerate vitamins so these patches have been a true blessing. Just had blood work and all my numbers are good so these patches truly are working

I’ve tried pills, sublingual drops, & energy shots. Pills are uncomfortable to swallow, & don’t work fast or well for me. Sublingual drops are expensive, as are the energy shots. Energy shots also contain proprietary blends added to vitamins. However, these transdermal patches are a worthy alternative. The PatchMD B12 Plus is easy to use. I have a b12 deficiency and have to make sure to put a lot of it in my body in order to absorb just enough for life to not be miserable. When I use these patches every day, I don’t have to take so many b12 supplements, so it definitely works.

I am very sensitive to adhesives but I have had not problem with this brand. Be sure that you only leave the patch on for 8 hours as stated in the caution statement. I could not find the ingredients (other than the photo provided that is not legible), so I have posted a picture with my review. These have not irritated my body by providing too much B12 either.

As an Ed nurse , I need this wonderful boost of energy . I ordered a minimum of 2 a month so I will never run out . It helps with weight loss , cravings and gives you crazy energy
