I noticed my skin looking better, including the skin on my feet were softer and I think it helps my moods too after a month and a half. I put it on my hip before going to sleep. Used to place on shoulder but it caused some discoloration. Oddly enough, have no issues w/the skin on my hips. Good product, will see if it the good continue w/daily use.

I’ve been using them for months. I can tell the difference in my body and hair. It’s so easy to use them. I just put on while I’m getting dressed in the morning. I would always forget to take vitamins because you had to eat with food.

This patch is by far the most irritating of my CBS upregulation. I think it performs well, but if you know you upregulate or know you have issues with sulfur (think garlic, onions, dried fruits, etc), this patch will be a problem for you to do more than occasionally. I have to take molybdenum in much higher doses to control the side effects of this patch – irritable stomach, bloating, stuffed up nose, and if let go too long, coughing and asthma.

It’s easy to use. I can’t tell yet whether it is effective. Since oral vitamins make me nauseous, I am hoping this works.

I have suffered with low energy to the point that I felt old before my time. and since I have a gastric bypass I was taking more and more pills (that were probably not even being absorbed). No more! I had my gastric over 20 years ago and since that time always had a problem with my blood levels from the lack of ability to absorb my vitamins as my food intake is still very small. I tried everything and when these patches came out …they are a dream and miracle come true! since I have been on vitamin patches i not only feel better but my blood levels are perfect and my DR asked how and I showed her .
